International Shipping

Once your order is successfully placed, it will be shipped via Egyptian Post (EMS & Registered Services) with full door-to-door delivery.

We offer two international shipping tiers:

• SWIFT Shipping — Estimated delivery within ~5 business days
• BASIC Shipping — Estimated delivery within ~10 business days

Shipping includes packaging, handling, and postal processing, ensuring your order reaches you safely.

• All international orders are dispatched once per week (every Tuesday 12:00 pm)
• Estimated delivery times start after dispatch, not from the order date

• We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country
• Customers are responsible for following up with their local customs office once the shipment arrives

While we always aim to deliver the best possible experience, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

• Customs processing times
• International logistics conditions
• Postal service delays

• We may request additional information to confirm your order
• Prepayment is required for all international orders
• Orders may be canceled in rare cases (such as product unavailability), with a full refund issued
• We are not responsible for improper use of the product

All international orders are considered final. Returns or exchanges are not available for international shipping.
